On September 16, 2025, I purchased a ticket for the Galatasaray–Bodo Glimt match through Viagogo for €270, paying by credit card. However, since I could no longer attend the game, I decided to resell the ticket through Viagogo, as the platform explicitly allows during the purchase process.
Even though I completed the purchase directly through their website and provided a full, valid invoice, the system rejected my resale submission each time, citing that “the invoice is not suitable.”
For the past five weeks, I’ve been in constant communication with Viagogo’s customer support through live chat. Every time I submit the required documents exactly as requested, I receive another rejection the next day, without any clear reason or progress. Viagogo has provided no alternative solutions or helpful support throughout this process.
I was even willing to resell the ticket at a loss, but the platform didn’t allow it. Because of this, I couldn’t sell my ticket or get any refund. Viagogo has failed to fulfill its own promises, leaving me financially and emotionally frustrated.
I request that Viagogo refund the €270 I paid for the ticket (Order No: 623996171) or offer a fair resolution for preventing me from using or reselling my ticket.
