Viagogo Delayed Payment for Ajax vs Galatasaray Ticket

I sold my ticket for the Ajax – Galatasaray match through Viagogo. For this transaction, sale number 628355479, my €400 payment has not been made to me since November 13, 2025. Even though I provided my IBAN details as the payment method, no funds have been deposited into my account.

During this time, I have contacted Viagogo’s live support approximately 10–20 times. Each time, I was told that my request had been forwarded to the relevant department or higher authorities. However, no concrete action has been taken, and the payment has still not been made. No clear explanation or definite payment date has been provided.

I request that the long-overdue €400 payment be urgently transferred to the IBAN account I provided and that I receive clear and written communication regarding the status of this matter.
