Viagogo Cheated Me And Denying Refund

I purchased six tickets via Viagogo on 3 February for the India vs Pakistan T20 World Cup cricket match to be held on 15 February at the Premadasa Stadium in Colombo, Sri Lanka, and I paid a total of Rs. 199,053. Despite this significant amount and the importance of the match, my tickets have still not been delivered, and the event is now only three hours away. I contacted Viagogo customer service through live chat to resolve this, but instead of helping me receive my tickets or cancelling and refunding the purchase, I was told to list the tickets for sale even though I have not received them. I consider this response unacceptable and misleading, as it is impossible and unethical to resell tickets that were never delivered. Because of Viagogo’s failure to deliver the tickets on time and the refusal to provide a proper solution, I am at serious risk of missing the match entirely despite having paid in full. I request an immediate resolution, including either prompt delivery of valid tickets before the event starts or a full refund of the Rs. 199,053 I paid, along with an explanation of how such a situation was allowed to occur.
