Viagogo Still Hasn’t Refunded My $233 for a Government-Canceled Concert

I purchased a ticket through Viagogo for the Yıldız Tilbe concert scheduled to take place on July 18, 2025, at Bodrum Antique Theater. The event was canceled because the government banned all such events, meaning the cancellation had nothing to do with me. Despite this, I still have not received a refund for my ticket.

I paid a total of 233 USD by credit card. After the event was canceled, I contacted Viagogo online many times—around 20 times. Even though I was previously told that a refund would be issued and I provided proof of this, months have passed, and the refund has still not been credited to my account.

I do not accept that the ticket fee for an event canceled due to a government order has still not been refunded. I request that the 233 USD I paid for ticket number 615740509 be refunded to my credit card in full and without any deductions as soon as possible.
