On September 30, I purchased a ticket from Viagogo for the S*** E***** concert**. Unfortunately, the event was postponed, and ever since then, I haven’t received a refund—even though the concert never took place on the scheduled date.
I tried selling the ticket through Viagogo’s platform, but that didn’t work either. So now I’m stuck with a ticket worth ₺ (originally €120) that I can’t use, can’t sell, and can’t get reimbursed for. I’ve called customer service multiple times, and no one ever answers or provides a clear resolution.
This is unacceptable. I paid for a product and received absolutely nothing in return. Viagogo, I demand an immediate full refund for this postponed concert. You claim to offer reliable service and support, but my experience says otherwise. Stop ignoring customers and return the money you owe!
