Viagogo Refuses Refund For Unauthorized ₺22,475 Concert Ticket Charge
On 06.09.2025, a ticket purchase of ₺22,475 was made through Viagogo for the Mahsun Kırmızıgül concert at Harbiye, without my knowledge or consent. The ticket provided does not even include a seat number, making the situation even more suspicious. My order number is 621569549.
Since this transaction was not made by me, I immediately contacted my bank, filed a dispute, and canceled my card. However, the bank informed me that the refund process also requires the merchant—in this case, Viagogo—to reverse the charge. When I reached out to Viagogo’s customer service, I was told outright that they do not allow cancellations or refunds. I do not have an active Viagogo account, which makes resolving this issue even more difficult.
I demand the immediate cancellation of this unauthorized transaction and a full refund of the ₺22,475 taken from my card. If this matter is not resolved, I will proceed with filing a formal complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee to protect my rights.
