I Bought Tickets on Viagogo, Show Got Postponed But I Can’t Get My Refund

I’m very disappointed and frustrated with Viagogo. On March 28th, I purchased tickets for the C** Y***** show at Bostancı Gösteri Merkezi. Shortly after, I was informed the event was cancelled. Naturally, I applied for a refund. But instead of processing it, Viagogo told me the show wasn’t cancelled—it was "postponed." That might sound acceptable, except they failed to provide any clear new date or offer an option to attend another show. Worse, they gave me no choice or direction on what to do next. I still want my money back, yet Viagogo refuses to issue a refund. This is not how a ticket platform should operate. I paid for a specific event, not for uncertainty and vague promises. Viagogo needs to fix this and return my ₺ immediately. Anyone thinking of buying from them—think twice.
