Viagogo Website Down and My $293 Event Tickets Are Now Inaccessible

I purchased a ticket through Viagogo for the T**** Ç**** show scheduled to take place at the Kocaeli Congress Center on December 14, 2025. I completed the transaction under the name A*** K****** on October 15, 2025, paying a total of $293 by credit card.
However, I am currently unable to access the Viagogo website, and because of this, I cannot view the tickets I purchased in any way. Since I cannot access the site, I also cannot contact the company, leaving me at risk of receiving no service at all despite paying a significant amount.
I request that Viagogo make my purchased tickets accessible and usable again, or—if this is not possible—that the amount I paid be refunded to me in full. I also ask that the website access issue and communication problems be resolved as quickly as possible.
