I’m very disappointed and frustrated with Viagogo. On March 28th, I purchased tickets for the C** Y***** show at Bostanc...ı Gösteri Merkezi. Shortly after, I was informed the event was cancelled. Naturally, I applied for a refund. But instead of processing it, Viagogo told me the show wasn’t cancelled
