I Face No Refund From Viagogo After Robbie Williams Concert Cancellation in Istanbul
On October 7, 2025, I purchased a ticket for the Robbie Williams concert in Istanbul through Viagogo, paying a total of ₺21,174.71 (Order No: 624873762). However, the concert was canceled, and I still haven’t received a refund for my ticket.
What makes the situation worse is that Viagogo only provides customer support in English and Spanish. Despite selling tickets in Turkey, they offer no Turkish-language assistance or local contact number, which makes the process extremely frustrating.
After the cancellation, I received no official communication — no email notification, no update, and no guidance about the refund procedure. This was my first time purchasing from Viagogo, and after this experience, it will definitely be my last.
I’m requesting that Viagogo refund the full ₺21,174.71 I paid for the canceled concert ticket as soon as possible, and that they improve their customer service for Turkish users to prevent similar issues in the future.
