Viagogo Sold Me Invalid Ticket for GS-Samsun Match, No Refund Provided

I purchased a ticket for the GS-Samsun match through Viagogo and traveled all the way from Ankara to Istanbul, only to find that there was no valid ticket waiting for me. On top of this, I have not received a refund for the ticket. Who will cover the expenses I incurred and the stress this caused me? Despite reaching out, there is no responsive customer service to resolve the issue. It feels like Viagogo is mocking its customers. I demand an immediate refund and a proper explanation for this unacceptable situation. If I don’t receive a resolution promptly, I will escalate this matter to official authorities. Please take this issue seriously and address it urgently.
