Viagogo Tickets Not Delivered, Denied Entry to Match, No Support Provided

I purchased tickets through Viagogo, but they were never delivered, leaving us unable to enter the match we had planned to attend. To make matters worse, Viagogo, not being Turkey-based, provides no accessible support through phone or email. Our money is wasted, and we are left without any means to request a refund or resolution.

Viagogo must take responsibility and provide a clear channel for customer support and refunds. I am urgently requesting my money back and a proper explanation for this failure.
