Viagogo Didn’t Deliver My Fenerbahçe vs Rangers Ticket – No Support or Refund

I purchased a ticket for the Fenerbahçe vs Rangers match through Viagogo and traveled from Ankara to Istanbul specifically for this event. Despite repeatedly reaching out to customer support about my missing ticket, they assured me that it would be uploaded to my account three hours before the match.

However, as the match time approached, my ticket never appeared in my account. To make matters worse, Viagogo falsely claimed the ticket had been delivered, yet I had no access to it. I provided proof to customer support, but they ignored my concerns and never offered a refund or solution.

If you want to waste your money and be left stranded without a ticket, Viagogo is the site for you. There is no real customer support, no accountability, and no one to help you. I demand a full refund for the ticket I never received!
