Viagogo Is Not Refunding My Money
I bought two tickets from Viagogo for the Galatasaray-Sivasspor match to be played on April 29th and May 3rd. After paying the ticket fee, I was informed that the ticket would be sent to me on the day of the match. There were 3 hours left for the match, no tickets, 2 hours left, none.. The match time came, we will enter the match, still no tickets. At that moment, I was talking to the support team, they insisted that an e-mail was sent and the tickets were sent to your passo card, but there was no e-mail or tickets. I came from another city for this match. The support team could not help at all, and we could not enter the match. Despite my insistent writing for a refund, the money still has not been sent to my account. If they do not resolve my grievance and solve the problem as soon as possible, I will have to take legal action.
My refund was sent, but I will never shop here again and I don't recommend it to anyone. We were left as victims. It's a loss of both energy and time.
