I purchased a ticket for the Beşiktaş vs. Galatasaray match through Viagogo, expecting a smooth experience. Instead, it turned into a nightmare. The day before the match, and all the way until just one hour before kickoff, I was in constant contact with their English live support chat, trying to access my ticket.
Despite all my efforts, I never received the ticket. I was left completely helpless on match day and couldn’t attend the game. To make matters worse, I also haven’t received a refund. I emailed Viagogo immediately after the match, and they promised support—but it’s been three days, and I’ve had no response at all.
This is unacceptable. Viagogo, you took my money, failed to deliver the product, and now you’re ignoring me. I demand an immediate full refund and a proper explanation. No customer should have to go through this.
