Viagogo Never Delivered My Fenerbahçe–Samsunspor Tickets or Issued a Refund

I bought tickets from Viagogo for the Fenerbahçe–Samsunspor match, but the tickets never appeared in the system. I traveled from out of town specifically for this game and waited until the very last hour, hoping they would be delivered. They never were.

I was left with no choice but to buy new tickets on the spot, which cost me even more money. Viagogo took my payment but failed to deliver what I purchased. And of course, I’ve received no refund whatsoever.

Trying to get help from their support team is another nightmare. The only option is a foreign live chat agent in English, and they offer zero real solutions. There’s no one truly accountable, no direct contact, and no compensation.

I strongly warn others not to use Viagogo. This was a complete failure of service, and I demand an immediate refund for the undelivered tickets. You cannot charge people and disappear when things go wrong.
