Viagogo Refusing to Refund My $2,626 Tarkan Tickets Bought by Mistake

I purchased two tickets through Viagogo for the Tarkan concert scheduled for January 31, 2016. I paid a total of $2,626 by credit card. Just one minute after completing the purchase, I realized that I had bought the tickets by mistake, so I immediately requested a cancellation and refund through the system.
Viagogo responded to my request by saying that “tickets sold are non-refundable,” and they refused to cancel or refund my order. Additionally, they stated that I could only receive a refund if I relisted the tickets for sale on their platform and sold them again. However, I was never provided with ticket numbers, nor do I currently have access to the relevant page or system. Therefore, the solution they proposed is practically impossible to carry out.
Even though I acted immediately after the purchase and had not benefited from any service in any way, such a high-value payment being declared non-refundable and directing me to an inaccessible system has caused me serious hardship. I request a full refund of the ticket cost and a realistic, customer-friendly solution for situations like this.
