Viagogo Sold Invalid Concert Tickets And Refused Refund For ₺14,000+ Purchase
On 28.08.2025, I purchased 4 tickets through Viagogo for the B***** concert at Vadi İstanbul. I paid more than ₺14,000 in total, and my transaction number is 622027904. However, the tickets never arrived. When I went to the venue on the day of the event, I was informed at the box office that tickets purchased from Viagogo were not valid.
After this shocking experience, I attempted to contact Viagogo customer service. The only way to reach them was through their automated assistant. I requested a refund, but no help was provided. It was impossible to contact them by phone or any other direct channel. Instead, I was told that I could relist the tickets for resale—but there were no valid tickets to begin with.
This situation has caused me a serious financial and emotional loss. I demand a full refund of the ₺14,000+ I paid and call for action against platforms like Viagogo that deceive customers by selling invalid tickets.
