If Viagogo charged you for a ticket you didn’t order, log into your Viagogo account and check the "Orders" section to confirm whether a ticket purchase was processed.

If you find an unauthorized order, contact Viagogo immediately through their [Help Centre](https://support.viagogo.com/) or email [email protected].

Provide your order number, payment details, and a clear explanation that you never authorized the purchase. Request the order’s cancellation and a full refund.

If Viagogo doesn’t respond or refuses to cancel the charge, contact your credit card provider or bank. Ask them to initiate a chargeback, explaining that the charge was unauthorized.

Provide supporting evidence, including transaction details from your bank statement and any communication with Viagogo.

Additionally, file a complaint with Xolvie. This can put additional pressure on Viagogo to resolve the issue.
