I have an active Viagogo account, but since the website is unreachable, I am unable to log in or access my tickets. As the concert date approaches, I am facing a serious problem because I do not have valid tickets in hand, and I am unable to contact the company in any way.
I request that the tickets I paid for be sent to me as soon as possible, or—if that is not possible—that the full $378 I paid be refunded without any deductions.
