Viagogo Not Sending My Concert Tickets and Website Access Is Down

On November 19, I purchased tickets through the Viagogo website for Tarkan’s January 23 concert, paying a total of $378. The payment was successfully processed, and my order was confirmed under number 629489188. However, I have not received the tickets by email, nor can I currently access the Viagogo website.

I have an active Viagogo account, but since the website is unreachable, I am unable to log in or access my tickets. As the concert date approaches, I am facing a serious problem because I do not have valid tickets in hand, and I am unable to contact the company in any way.

I request that the tickets I paid for be sent to me as soon as possible, or—if that is not possible—that the full $378 I paid be refunded without any deductions.
