Viagogo Charged Me $1450 for Two Tickets Worth ₺950 Each and Now Won’t Help

I purchased two concert tickets from Viagogo and paid a total of $1450, expecting a legitimate transaction. But when I contacted Passo, the official ticket provider, they told me that the tickets aren’t even valid in my name—and worse, they have no record of my purchase.
To make things even more frustrating, the tickets Viagogo sent show a face value of ₺950 each, which is a fraction of what I paid. My name isn’t printed on the tickets, and they’re apparently non-refundable. When I tried to resell them, I was told I couldn’t because “your bank does not support resale transactions.”
This is outrageous. I was overcharged, misled, and now stuck with tickets that may not even get me into the event. Viagogo must refund the full amount or resolve this immediately. This kind of platform behavior is unethical and needs to be addressed now.
