Viagogo Canceled My Tarkan Ticket but Still Hasn’t Refunded My $1,945 Payment

On November 19, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., I made a purchase through the Viagogo website for a Tarkan concert. I completed a payment of $1,945 under transaction number 629489766. A few hours after the payment, my ticket was canceled by the system, but even though 9 days have passed, no refund has been issued to my card.

I tried contacting customer service, but I could not reach anyone or get information about the status of my refund. I have neither received my concert ticket nor the refund for the large amount I paid.

I request that Viagogo immediately refund the $1,945 I paid for the canceled Tarkan concert ticket.
