Viagogo Refused to Refund My Jennifer Lopez Ticket After Changing the Concert Date
I bought a ticket from Viagogo for the Jennifer Lopez concert scheduled for July 7. Just one day after my purchase, I received an email stating that the concert date had changed and, according to their policy, no refunds would be issued. This alone was frustrating—but what made it worse was what I discovered next.
When I checked Jennifer Lopez’s official tour schedule, I realized there was never a concert planned for July 7 to begin with. Viagogo was selling tickets for a date that didn’t even exist on her real itinerary. This feels deceptive and unacceptable. I paid for a ticket under false information, and now I’m being denied a refund based on their so-called “policy.”
Viagogo needs to take responsibility for misleading customers and issue full refunds when the event date they advertised doesn’t match the artist’s actual schedule. I’m not asking for anything unreasonable—I simply want my money back for a concert that was never going to happen on the date they sold it.
