Viagogo Overcharged Me for Jennifer Lopez Tickets and Sent Nothing

I’m absolutely furious with Viagogo and Event Tickets. On May 3rd, 2025 at 10:23 AM, I used my Mastercard to purchase two tickets—₺4,000 each—for the Jennifer Lopez concert. I expected a total charge of ₺8,000. Instead, I was shocked to see a withdrawal of ₺28,530.43 from my account! That’s more than ₺20,000 over what I authorized. And to make matters worse, I received nothing. No tickets, no confirmation, no explanation. I’ve paid a ridiculous amount and have nothing to show for it. This is outright theft, and I demand a full refund immediately. Viagogo and Event Tickets must be held accountable for this. I want my money back and I urge others to be extremely cautious when dealing with them.
