I purchased a Jennifer Lopez Istanbul concert ticket from Viagogo for the originally announced date of July 4, 2025. However, the concert organizers later officially announced that the event would take place on August 5, 2025. This means the ticket I purchased is for a date that does not exist, making the product invalid and misleading.
I expected Viagogo to provide a valid event ticket, but what I received was a service sold for a non-existent date. I tried to reach out for a resolution, but Viagogo offers no live support, no phone number, and has not sent me a confirmation code to my email. Since I purchased the tickets as a guest, I also have no account to manage my booking.
This situation has caused both financial and emotional frustration. I demand a full cancellation of my transaction and a complete refund of the amount paid for the invalid ticket.
If Viagogo fails to resolve this matter promptly, I will escalate the issue to the Consumer Rights Authority.
