Viagogo Live Chat Promised Response but No Payment Sent

February 12 6:58 PM46

For the Tarkan concert on January 16, I sold three tickets through Viagogo. At the time of sale, I was informed that the payment would be made to me no later than January 24. On January 22, I received an email from Viagogo stating that there was an issue with my payment details, and I updated my payment information the same day. After doing so, when I tried to log back into my account, I did not receive any activation code, my account was locked, and I have been unable to access it ever since.

Regarding this issue, I contacted Viagogo’s live chat support multiple times and sent numerous emails. Each time, I was told that I would receive a response and that I needed to wait a little longer, but no follow-up was ever provided. I also reached out to them on Twitter, where I was again told to wait. As of now, approximately three weeks — 15 business days — have passed, and I still have not received my payment.

The total amount of this sale is approximately $1,257 USD, and not receiving this payment while my account remains locked — with no concrete solution offered — makes me feel harmed and frankly misled. I request that my account be immediately restored, that the necessary review be completed urgently, and that the full payment I am owed be transferred to me without any further delay.
