Viagogo Failed to Deliver My Billie Eilish Tickets
Two months ago, I purchased tickets from Viagogo for the Billie Eilish concert in Cologne. My cousin and I were beyond excited, and we made travel plans specifically for this event. But when we arrived at the venue, we were left standing outside—Viagogo never delivered the tickets.
Up until the very last minute, they kept sending emails assuring us the tickets would arrive by 6 PM. We waited and waited, but nothing came. My cousin broke down in tears at the gate. It was her dream to see Billie live, and Viagogo crushed that dream.
They refunded the money just yesterday, but what about all the emotional distress and the travel expenses I incurred? What about the hotel, transportation, and our time? There’s no compensation for the disappointment and heartbreak we experienced.
Viagogo failed us completely. They had one job—to deliver the tickets we paid for—and they didn’t do it. I strongly warn others to never trust this site for any major event. I demand Viagogo take full responsibility for this incident and offer a proper apology along with reimbursement for the additional costs and emotional damage they caused.
