Viagogo Didn’t Send My Tickets, I Traveled 500km and Got No Refund
Viagogo completely ruined our week. I bought tickets for a match and waited for them to be uploaded, but they never were. When I contacted customer service, they told me they would upload the tickets on match day. Trusting them, we traveled 500 kilometers to the stadium—only to be left waiting outside with nothing. The tickets never showed up. No explanation, no help, and worst of all, no refund. We spent time, energy, and money, and got absolutely nothing in return. We were left stranded and humiliated. This was beyond frustrating—it was unacceptable. Viagogo must take full responsibility for this and immediately refund the ₺ we lost. No one should be treated this way by a ticket company.
They refunded the money, but the inconvenience can never be remedied. I don't understand why tickets aren't sent until 2 hours before the match. We literally waited for tickets at the stadium. Don't buy tickets from Viagogo, guys.
