Viagogo Failed to Deliver Blackpink Barcelona Concert Ticket and Refused Refund
On August 9, I purchased a ticket through Viagogo for Blackpink’s concert in Barcelona, paying ₺10,000. However, even just one hour before the concert started, my ticket had still not been delivered. While waiting in front of the venue with great excitement and preparation, I was unable to enter because Viagogo failed to provide the ticket they had promised. This left me both financially and emotionally distressed. After the incident, I contacted Viagogo by email but received no response. When I tried to reach their online customer service, the system repeatedly logged me out. The only email I eventually received was a “fraud” warning sent to me without any justification, along with a refusal to refund my payment. Yet during the purchase, a “full refund” guarantee had been clearly stated. In this process, I not only lost my money but also faced deep disappointment. It is unacceptable for an international company like Viagogo to mistreat customers and avoid responsibility. My order number is 620265337.
