Viagogo Sold Me Fenerbahçe–GS Tickets I Couldn’t Use and Delayed My Refund


Yesterday, I bought two tickets from Viagogo for the Fenerbahçe–Galatasaray match, but I wasn’t able to enter the stadium with them. Despite being promised multiple times that there would be no issues, I was left outside the venue, completely let down and humiliated.
I have all the chat transcripts, email confirmations, and ticket details to prove what was promised to me. Yet when I contacted Viagogo afterward, they casually told me I would get a refund in two weeks—which, after what happened, sounds just like another broken promise.
I spent a lot of money and effort for this experience, only to be let down on match day. Viagogo, I demand an immediate refund and accountability for selling tickets that didn’t work. This should never happen to any customer.
