Viagogo Failed To Deliver $904 Coldplay Tickets And Ignored Refund Guarantee
On 22.08.2025, I purchased two tickets through Viagogo for the Coldplay concert at Wembley Stadium in England, paying a total of $904.60. At the time of purchase, the site clearly stated that tickets would be delivered no later than the day of the concert and that a refund was guaranteed if they were not. Despite this promise, the tickets were never delivered.
In the days leading up to the concert, I sent nearly 10 emails and called Viagogo’s customer service multiple times. Each time, I only received generic replies such as “the matter is being reviewed, and you will be contacted,” but no proper response or resolution was ever provided. Ultimately, I traveled all the way to England for this concert but was left without tickets, suffering both financial loss and severe emotional disappointment.
Viagogo’s claims that “our customers are protected, and your money will be refunded if you don’t receive your tickets” are completely false. I trusted these assurances, yet I was misled and left stranded. I demand the immediate refund of the $904.60 I paid and a thorough explanation for this unacceptable negligence.
