I Face Wrong City Information on Viagogo for The Blaze Istanbul Concert Ticket

I live in Istanbul and purchased a ticket for The Blaze concert from Viagogo, which was listed as taking place in Istanbul on June 27. Both before and after completing the purchase, the Viagogo website clearly displayed Istanbul as the event location.

However, I later discovered through a friend that the concert would actually take place in Ankara, not Istanbul. Shocked by this misinformation, I immediately contacted Viagogo customer service and sent them screenshots as proof, showing that the event was incorrectly listed as Istanbul. Despite providing clear evidence, Viagogo took no action to correct the mistake or refund my ticket.

This experience has caused significant emotional frustration and financial loss, as I purchased a ticket for a city I do not live in and have no intention of traveling to for this event.

I explicitly request the full cancellation of my ticket and a refund of the amount paid. Misleading consumers with incorrect event locations is unacceptable.
