Viagogo Listed the Wrong City for My Concert Ticket and Refused to Refund

I purchased a concert ticket for the M**** M**** event through Viagogo, and the listing clearly stated the venue as “Cermodern, Istanbul, Turkey.” Based on this information, I went ahead and bought the ticket. But when I looked into the venue details more closely later on, I was shocked to discover that Cermodern is actually located in Ankara—not Istanbul.

This mistake is 100% on Viagogo. I reached out to customer service multiple times and explained that the incorrect location was their error, not mine. Yet they still refused to cancel my ticket or issue a refund. Even worse, the listing still hasn’t been corrected on their website, which means more people could end up being misled just like I was.

Because of Viagogo’s negligence, I lost both my money and my chance to attend the concert. This was a complete letdown and a major inconvenience. I deeply regret trusting this platform and will never buy from them again.

Viagogo needs to take accountability, fix this listing immediately, and refund my ₺ without any further excuses. Your mistake, your responsibility.
