I Face Viagogo Ignoring Legal Withdrawal Rights After Same-Day Cancellation Request

I purchased a ticket for C Y*****’s stand-up show titled cmxxıv through the Viagogo website, paying a total of ₺42,238.43 (Order No: 62646638). Immediately after completing the purchase — on the same day — I requested a cancellation and refund. However, when I contacted Viagogo customer service, they informed me that cancellations are not allowed and that no refund would be issued.

As a consumer, I am fully aware that under Turkey’s distance selling regulations, I have the legal right of withdrawal within a certain period after purchase. Despite this, Viagogo has completely ignored my legal rights and refused to process a refund, which is unacceptable.

In accordance with my consumer protection rights, I am demanding a full refund of ₺42,238.43 and asking Viagogo to respect and comply with applicable consumer laws.
