I Face a Viagogo Ticket Delivery Failure and Missed My Anne Frank Tour

1I purchased Anne Frank Museum and House Tour tickets for Amsterdam through Viagogo for May 27 at 3:00 p.m., using the email address maryeo****@gmail.com. Despite paying for the tickets, they did not arrive in time for download, and as a result, we were unable to access the tickets at all. Because the tickets never became available for download, we completely missed the tour and could not attend. I also did not know how to reach Viagogo customer service at the time to resolve the problem. Due to the fact that the service I paid for was not provided and we were unable to join the tour, I request a complete refund of the amount paid, which was approximately 90 USD.
