Viagogo Sold Me Fake Tickets—Denied Entry and No Refund

I purchased tickets from Viagogo, expecting a seamless experience, but instead, I was scammed. When I arrived at the venue, I was denied entry because the tickets were fake. Despite paying full price, I couldn’t attend the event, and my money was essentially stolen.

When I tried to contact customer service, the provided U.S. phone number led to an entirely different company, making it impossible to get assistance. Viagogo has not refunded my money or provided any valid explanation.

I strongly warn others against buying from Viagogo—their tickets are not guaranteed to be valid. I demand an immediate refund and accountability for this deceptive practice.
