I purchased tickets through Viagogo for the André Rieu concert taking place in Maastricht, Netherlands on December 13, 2025, paying a total of €325.36. After completing the purchase, I received an email stating that I would be able to download the tickets through the website.
However, despite trying for days, I have not been able to log into my Viagogo account. The page will not load at all, and because of this, it is impossible for me to view or download my tickets. With only five days left until the concert, I cannot reach anyone at Viagogo through the website or any other channel, and I have not been able to find even a single working email address to contact them.
I have already purchased a flight ticket and made hotel reservations to travel to Maastricht for this concert. If I cannot access my tickets, I will face serious financial and emotional hardship. I request that the André Rieu concert tickets I paid for be delivered to me digitally—or in any usable format—before the concert date, and that my Viagogo account access issue be resolved urgently.
