Viagogo Website Inaccessible - I Can’t Download My Concert Tickets

I purchased tickets for the André Rieu concert on 13 December through Viagogo, and a few days ago I received an email saying that I could download my tickets. However, for the last two days I have not been able to access the Viagogo website at all, so I cannot log in or download my tickets. The concert is in 5 days, and I have already bought plane tickets and made hotel reservations for this event, so the situation is extremely stressful and urgent for me. I also tried to find a phone number or email address to contact Viagogo customer service, but since I cannot get into the website, I have not been able to reach any responsible person or support. I urgently request that my tickets be sent to me immediately in a way that I can access them without needing to log in to the website, or that you provide a fast and effective support contact so that access to my tickets can be resolved right away. Otherwise, I risk losing both the concert and the travel and hotel expenses I have already paid.
