I Canceled My Viagogo Ticket but Never Got a Refund

I urgently need Viagogo to contact me because I still haven’t received a refund for a ticket I canceled. I wasn’t able to attend the match, so I followed the proper steps and canceled the ticket in time. I even submitted a refund request form, and my reference number is 5627***83. Despite doing everything as instructed, I haven’t seen a single ₺ returned to my account.

It’s extremely frustrating that there has been zero communication or follow-up. I’m left completely in the dark about the status of my refund. This isn’t just poor service—it’s unacceptable. I paid for a ticket I couldn’t use, I canceled it responsibly, and now I’m being ignored.
