VFS Global Worst Service Experience





First of all the website is a nightmare. Many of the button pics are missing, so you can just navigate by chance. When I complained about these issues I was advised to use different computers/browsers, which is not the case obviously in case of missing files... As an engineer I managed to proceed blindly and made my appointment. I booked my reservation without any special offers and received my receipt mentioning I had paid everything online, almost one month ago. On Friday, when my appointment was on Monday at 8:15 am, I received an email that said I had to pay extra because of the hour of my appointment. Naturally, I protested via phone, email, and face-to-face on the day of the appointment. The result I got from each attemp is that there is nothing they can do and there is nobody in VFS center who has authority. At the end I was forced to pay an extra amount of 55 euros without receiving any VIP service. Unfortunately, as a last resort I am going to complain officially to governmental bodies.
