VFS Global Website Issues—Cannot Register, Login, or Reset Password

VFS Global, the company that monopolizes visa applications for certain countries, has an absolutely dysfunctional website. It is impossible to register, and even if you somehow manage to, you cannot log in. If you forget your password, the reset email never arrives. This level of incompetence is unacceptable, and urgent intervention is needed!

Here are some of the major issues:

On mobile, the system asks for a phone number, but on desktop, it does not. However, if you skip entering a phone number on desktop, it refuses to proceed because "all fields must be filled."
If you try to register, it says your phone number is already in the system, but then does not allow you to log in with it.
There is no way to see which email is linked to your phone number. If my phone number is already in use, why can’t I retrieve my account?
You are required to create separate accounts for each country. But isn’t VFS Global a single platform? Why does every country require a new registration?
Clicking “Activate My Account” does nothing.
Clicking “Forgot Password” also does nothing. If an account does not exist, why doesn’t it simply say so?
This website is so poorly designed that it feels like a high school student’s side project rather than a critical system for visa applications. As an engineer myself, I am embarrassed on behalf of whoever developed this system.
