Despite entering my reference number correctly, I cannot access the VFS Global website to check my family reunification application status. It has been seven months since I submitted my request, and I haven’t received any updates.

My family and I lost our home during the earthquake, and I urgently applied for family reunification. Now, my wife and children are without shelter during winter, and this prolonged delay is causing us immense hardship. Attempts to contact VFS Global via phone have been unsuccessful.

I am pleading for immediate assistance to resolve this issue. Please provide an update on my application and fix the access issue so I can monitor the status. Families should not have to endure such unnecessary suffering.
