VFS Global Visa Application System Failed and I Couldn't Complete My Application

I've been attempting to apply for a visa using the new slot system adopted by VFS Global in Turkey, but the procedure has been very irritating. The system places you in a queue and sends you a link that will be active for 24 hours, during which time you must complete your application. Despite this deadline, the system does not work properly and would not allow me to complete the process within 24 hours. I sought to contact the authorities for aid, but no help was supplied. This scenario has made the visa application process far more stressful than it should be, and I feel VFS Global should address this system issue right away.
