VFS Global Visa Application Delays and Website Issues

Applying for a visa through VFS Global has been an incredibly frustrating experience. First, the waiting times are unbearable because after every single applicant, the staff takes a cigarette break, causing 2-3 hour delays for everyone in line. This is completely unacceptable for a company handling such an important process.

Then, after submitting my application, I was told I could track my visa status online. However, their website is a complete disaster—it constantly crashes, throws errors, and never provides proper updates. It’s impossible to track anything.

VFS Global needs to fix its inefficient processes and ensure its website actually works. I demand better service and transparency for applicants who are paying for their services!
