VFS Global U.S. Visa Appointment Account Needs Urgent Recovery After Breach

182

I was managing my U.S. tourist visa process from Canada when I discovered that my visa appointment account appears to have been hacked. My email address and password were compromised, and when I now try to log in to the U.S. visa appointment system, my previous account and application no longer appear. Instead, the system prompts me to create a new application, as if my existing profile never existed.

This issue began a few days ago, when I first realized that my account credentials were no longer secure and that my existing tourist visa application or appointment had effectively disappeared from the system. I immediately contacted the relevant support or consulate email address to report that my account had been hacked and that I could no longer access my application. However, I have not received any response or assistance so far.

I respectfully request that my original visa appointment account be recovered and restored, along with any existing application or appointment that was previously associated with it, and that any unauthorized access to my account be blocked. I ask that this issue be investigated urgently and that my access to my original account be reinstated as soon as possible.
