VFS Global Rude Customer Service Issue

On May 10th, I submitted my documents at the VFS Global Netherlands branch in Izmir, along with my invitation from the Netherlands. The staff member there expressed concerns about my return flight ticket and the need for a sponsor in Turkey, despite my sponsor being in the Netherlands. This dampened my spirits, as everything was arranged for my stay, yet the possibility of rejection was raised. Your duty is to submit the documents to the consulate without interference in potential outcomes.
Today, I called VFS Global Netherlands customer service to inquire about my passport status and flight on June 1st. The representative rudely advised against purchasing a flight ticket, only suggesting a reservation. Are VFS Global employees deliberately chosen to act this way? If I am treated poorly again, I will take legal action. I don't want unnecessary apologies, just updates on my passport status.
