Unable to Get a VFS Global Appointment for Poland Visa – No Slots Available for a Month

I have been trying to book a VFS Global appointment for the past month, but no slots ever become available. Despite having a formal invitation from a company in Poland to discuss future business opportunities, I am unable to proceed because I cannot secure a visa appointment.

I check the website every day, but there are never any available slots. If VFS Global does not provide appointments, then what is the point of this system? How are people supposed to travel for legitimate business purposes if they cannot even apply for a visa?
