I received an invitation to work in Poland two months ago and have been trying to schedule an appointment on their website ever since. However, despite multiple attempts and phone calls, I am unable to secure an appointment and my invitation is quickly running out. The customer service representatives I have spoken with have been unhelpful and unable to resolve this issue. This situation is unacceptable and I demand immediate action be taken to rectify this. I am a victim in this situation and my work invitation is in danger of expiring. I expect prompt and effective resolution to this issue and for VFS Global to take responsibility for their shortcomings.
