Not Getting A Polish Visa Appointment From VFS Global

Hello, I'm Merve. I've been trying to obtain a Poland visa through VFS Global, the visa facilitation company. It's been nearly 3 months, and I've made countless attempts, but I can't secure a visa appointment. Their website is already plagued with issues, and when I went there in person, they didn't even let me inside. I'd greatly appreciate your assistance. Thank you.
