Unable to Access TLS/VFS Portal to Submit Visa Documents

On November 4, 2024, I applied for a 2-year visa through TLS, completed my payment, and scheduled an appointment. However, on December 5, I learned that my application had been transferred to VFS. Since I couldn’t access my TLS appointment or upload my documents, I rescheduled through VFS on November 12, and I was able to log in initially.
Today, while attempting to upload my documents, I repeatedly encountered an error: “10019: You have already logged in new session, please discontinue your Journey from this Journey!” Despite paying $580 and having all my visa materials ready, I cannot access the portal, and no one is responding to my inquiries.
This is unacceptable service for such a critical process. Please address this issue immediately so I can complete my application.
